This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the website harmoestudio.com (the “Website”).

Access to the Website is free of charge and makes you a user. Browsing the Website implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice, in the version published at the time of access. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Harmo. Access to the Website does not grant users any right or ownership over such contents.

Viewing and downloading for the user’s personal, private and non-commercial use is permitted.

5. Prices and images are for guidance only

Any prices shown on the Website are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding offer. Their purpose is to help users get a rough idea of the cost of a project.

The final price of each project is set in the individual written quote that Harmo provides after taking measurements, and depends on the actual dimensions of the space, the finishes selected, the hardware, the worktop and any other elements agreed.

Prices of third-party modular systems that may be quoted for reference are retail prices published by those third parties, are subject to their own terms and changes, and Harmo is not responsible for their accuracy or validity.

Images, renders and illustrations are for illustrative purposes. Finishes, shades and textures may vary from the final result, owing to the materials used and the display conditions of each screen.

6. Liability

Harmo works to keep the Website running properly and its content accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service will be available without interruption, and accepts no liability for any damage that may arise from interruptions, technical failures or the presence of viruses or other harmful elements beyond its control.

Nothing in this legal notice limits or excludes Harmo’s liability in cases where the applicable law does not allow it, in particular towards consumers and users.

Harmo provides design, customisation, manufacturing and installation services on modular furniture systems made by third parties.

Harmo is an independent company. It is not associated with, affiliated with, authorised, sponsored or endorsed in any way by Inter IKEA Systems B.V., by IKEA or by any other brand that may be mentioned on this Website.

The names IKEA®, METOD® and PAX®, as well as any other third-party trade mark, trade name or distinctive sign appearing on the Website, belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned solely for descriptive and referential purposes, to identify the modular system on which Harmo provides its services, as permitted by article 37 of Spanish Law 17/2001, of 7 December, on Trade Marks.

The products Harmo makes and sells are Harmo’s own products. Harmo does not sell, distribute or represent products of those brands.

The processing of personal data provided through the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this legal notice.
